Us History
Today FTK ROSTR unites several areas of activity: the production of PP-B, PP-H, PE-HD sheets and the production of water treatment and water purification plants, wastewater treatment plants.
2008
Opening of a new modern plant FTK ROSTR producing plastic pipes and fittings (PP and PE-HD).
2015
The main activity of FTK ROSTR is the design and manufacture of water treatment and water purification plants, wastewater treatment systems.
In this area, we are a reliable and trustworthy partner for Russian Railways.
We have implemented more than a dozen successful projects (technically complex solutions).
We continually seek, adapt, and introduce new and the best plastics processing technologies hence rejecting ordinary and "outdated" ones.
The need to use plastic sheets with a stable high quality and perfect weldability in our workshops encouraged us to invest in our own production of plastic sheets.
2019
We are actively developing a new field of activity for us, becoming the most modern Russian manufacturer of high-quality PP and PE-HD sheets.
A deep knowledge of the market of raw materials, equipment and many years of experience in extrusion of plastic pipes and processing of polymers became the foundation in our new business.
A pipe plant, in the past, a manufacturer of high-quality sheet in the present, FTK ROSTR sets the tone for the technology of sheet plastic production in the Russian market, reaching quality indicators that meet the European standards DIN EN ISO 14632, DIN EN ISO 15013. This allowed us to export products to countries of the European Union.
2022
We are developing, trying new materials and changing warehouse logistics.
A new warehouse for finished products in Yekaterinburg was created to cover the needs of the Ural economic region.
2023
We are developing, moving to a new production building, increasing production capacity.
Today we produce up to 1000 tons of products per month.
2024
Growing demand has created a need to maintain warehouse stocks of a wide range of products.
The increase in warehouse space has made it possible to constantly have more than 1,000 tons of products in stock.

2025
- The production facilities of our enterprise increased by 6 production sections.
- We launched the production of packaging materials (PET and PP films), which further expanded our product range, and the total capacity of our production lines now exceeds 2000 tons per month.
- A lamination line was launched, enabling us to produce multi-layer films.
- A new warehouse was opened in Krasnodar, thus improving our logistics and making us more accessible to our customers in southern Russia.
